Off amazon so free prime shipping for me and a pretty good price on Hankook Ventus V2 Concept.

So I hope they don't suck. Anyone have experience with this model or hankook tires in general?

I love my Hankooks. They're studded winter tires, though... So a little different than yours. Still, I've not heard anything bad about Hankook in general.

Hankook's my go-to brand for tires just because of the value they offer. I have V12's on my Focus and I love them: extremely grippy in the dry, with great feel and turn-in, and they stop exceptionally well in the rain. I also have W409 snow tires that I've never had a problem with either. IMO a good brand for those on a budget but who still want good performance.

Why have I not looked at Amazon for tires before!? Need some 235/75/15s myself.

Hankook's also approven from here. Have a set that's run 3 years on dad's RWD sedan, and still going strong to start it's 2nd year on my fwd. Grips plenty for street still and decent tread left.

They suck on black ice. All they did was leaves white lines ontop of the ice before i parked in a field

Hankook Ventus are some great tires. Great in the wet or the dry. If they weren't summer only tires, I'd buy another set.

When I worked for Kumho we benchmarked them for our summer tire test. I don't recall the exact details but everyone thought they were pretty decent.
